Overseas Daily Life is a training program I developed as part of an expatriate pre-departure course for a client in the automotive and mobility industries. As Project Manager and lead designer, I led end-to-end development of an engaging and effective learning experience that was problem-centered, not content-oriented. 

Executive Presence and Communication Skills Course is a customized program I developed for a C-level executive at a major steel multinational. Due to the personalized nature of the coaching, I continually had to incorporate feedback to adjust the content and learning objectives to fit our client's needs. This meant an off-handed request about a topic of interest (say, carbon-neutral steel furnace technology) would need to be turned into a fleshed-out module within a few days. 

Business Email Writing is a virtual instructor-led training (VILT) I developed and co-facilitated for a top Korean law firm. The synchronous training was split into two sessions, each including pre- and post-training materials, an hour-long training, and a Q&A session. The VILT was conducted in English and Korean for a bilingual audience.
