My professional journey centers on bridging the gap between human-centered learning and corporate success. As an LXD, I've shifted gears from developing content for ESL students to building training initiatives for the mobility, energy, and legal industries. In the last five years, I've designed and facilitated blended learning solutions for clients across Asia, Europe, and the United States. 

I'm particularly passionate about creative solutions that engage cross-cultural perspectives; my proudest work has been with executives, expatriates, and trainers at multinational corporations. In my current role, I lead development initiatives, spearhead organizational change, and design learning solutions to drive internal growth within the airline industry.
